Teachers and methods

Which teachers and methods have influenced me over time is described here in some articles. The compilation is an ongoing process.

Systemic therapy

“Systemic therapy” or “systemic family therapy” is a psychotherapeutic procedure that focuses on the social context of mental disorders, especially on interactions between family members and their social environment.

Yoga and therapy

Yoga is a lifestyle today and on everyone’s lips. Yoga can lead to enlightenment and has many positive health aspects.

Self-awareness

After an extensive search for knowledge in my youth, shaped by intense LSD experiences and first encounters with Tibetan Buddhism, the desire arose to become a therapist.

Family therapy

Family problems are natural. There is a bad atmosphere at home or things are even flying. Sometimes everything gets too much for you, you can no longer bear the constant arguments in your family and you feel overwhelmed and a little unloved and misunderstood.

Couples therapy

Most people live in a relationship of two, therefore this intense direct relationship is also the field, in which all our attitudes, limitations and desires become clearest.

Mindfulness-centered body psychotherapy

Our body and our own psyche are in close interaction with each other. Many experiences can even only be accessed in connection with a physical memory. Inner mindfulness is the access to this system and can be used by everyone.

Group therapy

Experiencing yourself in a group is much more intense than observing yourself alone or in individual therapy. It also offers the opportunity to explore interaction with others.

Individual therapy

Psychotherapy in the classic two-person constellation with a client and a therapist is probably the most intense relationship that people can enter into besides a love relationship.

Coaching of Natural Presence

This coaching offers a path beyond constant self-optimization. Instead of 'solving' problems, we shift the focus from the content of your experience to the silent, aware space behind it. Learn to cultivate your natural presence and discover an unshakable peace that is independent of external circumstances.
