How to learn to cope with your own peculiarities.
Life crises, psychosocial difficulties and mental illnesses: You have been struggling for a long time to shake off this burden. In the meantime, you are wondering how you will ever be able to go back to a regular job. Don’t worry, you are not alone with this question. Many people feel the same way. And there can be many reasons for it. Often, all that is missing is a helping hand and a listening ear.
Sometimes you get in your own way without realizing it. If you can get help, you should take it.
Do you know or suspect that the following or something similar could apply to you?
• Are you plagued by fears? • Do you sometimes feel depressed? • Do you live in personally difficult circumstances? • Do you feel mentally unstable? • Do you use addictive substances? Has this even increased? • Is there something that you just can’t cope with on your own right now? • Do you suffer from eating disorders?
You don’t have to put up with that. Really not! Let’s just talk about it in private. In person on site or online, whichever you prefer.
Possible content depending on your needs: • Overcoming crises • Standing on your own two feet again • Understanding your own situation • Significance for your own life • Finding out where to get help • Saying what you mean • Clarifying what you need • and much more.
The development, promotion and consolidation of psychosocial key competencies for everyday working life is important here. This enables you to prepare for the growing demands in the world of work, e.g. in the areas of self-organization, problem solving and stress management.
Your individual physical and mental abilities are taken into account during implementation.
Regular contact with a permanent reference person supports you in reviewing your social skills such as communication skills, conflict resolution skills, teamwork skills, contact skills, adaptability, ability to change, etc., in recognizing existing resources and your own support needs and in developing motivation for your individual support plan. This creates a basic prerequisite for successful social and professional (re-)integration.
Furthermore, an initial check is carried out to determine whether there is a suspicion of an illness requiring treatment. In this case, you will be introduced to counseling and treatment options, compliance for a comprehensive clarification will be promoted and, if necessary, you will be accompanied to doctors and/or psychotherapists or other treatment options.
